Graduate in B.com in 1976 from Andhra University and obtained certificate from the Institute of Charted Accounted clearing Final Part I in Nov.1980). Since then having Experience in the field of Finance & Accounts is for more than 40 years. Proficient in more than 5 Indian Languages and Good communication skills.

Over the 40 years has worked with various of corporates Groups Batras Delhi for
revival of Five Stare Hotel, Shakti Gas,Hyderabad for LPG importing , Marketing and Distribution, Kumars Group for Manufacturing of Sponge Iron and Importing Coal from South Africa and Marketing of the same in domestic Markets various Cement Companies.

For the last 15 years, especially specialized in interaction with Financial Institutions and Banks both for Project Works and Working Capital Management respectively. All formalities related with Financial Institutions such as, Funding Re-schedulement and Re-structuring proposals. And OTS proposals for bailing out from NPAs for the five years specialized in reviving of Sick Industrial Units and also dealing various legal Forums for the purpose of submission of Resolution Plan and Liquidation plans for National Company Law Tribunal in tune with Regulation of Insolvency Bankruptcy Code 2016.
